Established in April 2004 as Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineers. It’s a 100% Bumiputera owned company. As a complete unit of competent professionals, it had established a range of personnel with specialized in engineering design, planning, management, supervision, testing and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical systems for buildings, complexes, factories, infrastructure works and to advise and assist clients on their projects.

Ir. Hamdan Bin Zakaria have a total experience of over 33 years in both mechanical and electrical fields. In 1990, he obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Malaya.
Furthermore, he started his career in 1990 at Hume Industrial (M) Bhd, where he worked for two years as a mechanical engineer before moving on to a position in electrical and mechanical engineering in 1992. Following his employment at Hume Industrial Company (M) Bhd, he spent two years (1993–1995) as a Design Engineer at Independent Technology Sdn Bhd.
Following his career as a Design Engineer, he spent two years (1995–1997) as an Inspector at Bureau Veritas (M) Sdn Bhd. From 1997 to 2002, he worked for Malaysia Resources Corporation Berhad for a total of five years as a project manager. He also worked for Pinta Juara Konsultan Sdn Bhd for seven years, from 2002 to 2009, as a Senior Engineer.
From 2009 to 2014, he founded the construction company RiezzQan Ventures Sdn Bhd. Concurrently, he served as a technical advisor for several companies, including OneKz Resources Sdn Bhd, D’Sanjung Holding Sdn Bhd, and Udaya Bina Sdn Bhd.
Since 2014, he has dedicated the past ten years to establishing and developing HZ M&E Consultants. During this time, he has accumulated extensive experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, assuming leadership responsibilities and providing guidance to a team of directors, professionals, semi-professionals, and dedicated staff.
Members of the Firm are registered with various Professional Bodies.
